"They made me do other things that were not my responsibility to do. They were outside of my work functions, like cleaning the windows, cleaning the bathrooms, sometimes clean and mop in front of the restaurant, and to vacumn. Things which aren’t the responsiblities of a dishwasher. It’s impossible. It’s an extra job. [Dishwasher], it’s a heavy job."
